Finding a trusted community and a safe place to explore, create and develop can be a challenge. In our signature four-day leadership retreat, we create space for inspiration, ideas and brilliance that can only flourish when leaders step away from the normal routine.

In our Masterminds, we work with a small group of leaders to explore aspirations and overcome obstacles. This cohort experience is based on the Hero’s Journey, which is both personal and universal; timeless and timely. Each Mastermind group meets weekly for this six-week intensive.
